A primary care physician with a double specialty in Family Medicine and Laboratory, Dr. Andreea Alexandru has been part of the REGINA MARIA Group for 10 years. She initially worked for the REGINA MARIA Central Laboratory in Bucharest as Head of Department. Over the years, due to her devotion and passion for laboratory medicine, Andreea took over the entire Clinical
Laboratory Division at REGINA MARIA. She is currently the Medical Director of this Division.
For nearly 20 years, Andreea has worked in the field of laboratory analysis. For 15 years she worked in laboratory management at Medcenter and IDS Laboratories.
A graduate of the “Iuliu Hațieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, Dr. Alexandru furthered her medical studies, working as a medical resident in Family Medicine at the Brașov County Hospital and in Laboratory Medicine at hospitals and institutes in Bucharest, such as “Victor Babeș” Hospital, Colțea Hospital, the Cantacuzino Institute and the “Ștefan Nicolau” Institute of Virology.
