A graduate of Law School at University of Bucharest and a Bucharest Bar certified lawyer, Șerban joined the REGINA MARIA Network in 2010, taking over as Legal Director. At present he is head of the Legal Department and coordinates the Corporate Affairs team.
Șerban is also a graduate of Maastricht University and got his DPO certificate in 2018.
Before joining REGINA MARIA, Șerban worked at Ernst & Young as well as at RTPR, one of the prominent law offices in Romania, a member of a global law firm that is part of Magic Circle.
Starting 2010, Șerban has been involved in some of the most important projects of the REGINA MARIA Network and has been dealing with consultancy and management aspects of a wide array of commercial and legal issues: M&A, labor and malpractice lawsuits, regulations in the medical field, refinancing and GDPR.
