In 2023, we launched a pilot project to install solar panels on the roof of the Euroclinic hospital, setting the stage for future installations across our facilities. This initiative is part of our broader plan to integrate green energy solutions, such as solar panels and heat pumps, in all new projects, including hospitals and clinics.
To ensure effective energy management, we have appointed dedicated personnel to monitor energy consumption at each major hospital within our network. Key measures we are implementing include:

• Developing tailored energy consumption reduction plans for each hospital.
• Installing smart meters and optimizing climate control systems to minimize energy waste.
• Utilizing smart switches, LED lighting fixtures, and motion sensors to enhance energy efficiency.
